Display Cabinets Warranty

1. Easy Az offer a full 1 year replacement warranty on all display cabinets, showcases, and display units.
2. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Easy Az within 3 days of receiving the item. Easy Az reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
3. Easy Az will replace or repair where possible or a refund will be offered where a replacement is not available.
4. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
5. All accessories and bonus items are not covered by warranty. E.g. bulbs
6. Invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
7. Warranty is valid in New Zealand only.
8. Easy Az adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts and do our best to provide service that goes above and beyond these Act`s requirements.
 
Warranty Does Not Cover:
1. Normal wear & tear.
2. Misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
3. Neglect and careless storage.
4. Unauthorized repairs or alterations.
 
Replacement Policy:
1. The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Easy Az by email within 3 days of receiving the item. Easy Az reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
2. Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage.
3. The buyer is liable for the return costs of faulty/damaged products under warranty.
4. Easy Az is liable for sending the replacement item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not to be faulty
5. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
6. Easy Az must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and authorized by Easy Az before an arranged return is executed.
 
Refund Policy:
1. Refunds will only be offered on items that cannot be replaced or repaired within a reasonable timeframe
2. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
3. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind.
4. Original freight / courier charges are non-refundable
